Atta is Turkey’s first and the only international arts festival for babies, children and young people. Based on children’s rights to arts and culture, Atta, presents all art and performance forms as well as technological and interactive contents as the city’s children's and youth festival. Atta takes place annually in Istanbul and Ankara around 20 November, Children’s Rights Day.

Started in 2016, Atta Festival presented artists from Denmark, France, Hungary, Israel, Lithuania, Mexico, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, Ukraine as well as from Turkey. Apart from the festival, Atta runs events, international exchanges, capacity building programmes all year round for artists, educators as well as families.
