Sorø International Music Festival is a classical music festival that through a number of classical concerts in Sorø seeks to nurture classical music and its artists and performers and to promote classical music to a wider audience through musical activities of a high artistic standard.
Founded by Knud Vad in 1968 as an organ festival, Sorø International Music Festival has gradually expanded its outreach so that it now offers a wide musical buquet of classical offers.
