CIRKULUM

International festival of new circus and street theatre CIRKULUM is one of the biggest festivals of this kind in the Czech Republic. In 2021 we are going to organise its 6th edition and as every year we are inviting artists from all over the world. CIRKULUM is held in Ostrava - Poruba city, known for its unusual architecture called SORELA, which turns into a multicultural, colorful, vibrant boulevard full of street artists, artists, dancers, musicians, giant puppets and unprecedented performances. Normally there are 4 stages at CIRKULUM festival: 2 outdoor and 2 indoor stages, however this year because of the corona situation we will probably only hold outdoor stages. The performances at outdoor stages are free of charge for the public and at the indoor stages are played the most amazing shows which are played for a small fee. CIRKULUM is a great festival for visitors of all ages, everyone will find something he has never seen before and will always remeber. In the previous editions we hosted artists like Juicy Lucy, LURRAK, The Black Blues Brothers, Duo Comic Casa, Strange Comedy, Witty Look, Gogol & Mäx and many many more.
