The festival was founded in 2001, its aim is to promote the achievements of world-class contemporary choral music, to increase the performing skills of choral groups and their leaders, to create conditions for creative communication between the participants of the festival, to form friendly relations between its participants, to popularize the city of Uzhhorod
The IX International Festival of Contemporary Sacred Music is held in Uzhhorod (Ukraine) from April 20 to 28, 2020.
To participate in the festival, it is necessary to submit to the Organizing Committee by March 1, 2019 the following documents:
1. Application Form of the team;
2. Resume of the creative way and achievements of the team
These documents are to be submitted:

The IX International Festival of Contemporary Sacred Music is organized on a nonprofit basis.
The costs for the organization of performances, accommodation and meals are covered by the organizers. Travel costs are financed by participants.
Within the framework of the festival there will be concerts of sacred music in cathedrals and cultural institutions of the city of Uzhhorod and Zakarpattia oblast. There also master classes, lectures, concerts and other events will be held.
