Jazz'n Chişinău International Festival

"Jazz'n Chişinău International Festival" is organized by the "MuzArt" Public Association, working at regional, national and international level, organizing socio-cultural and educational projects.

The mission of the organization is to create the common cultural land necessary for the European integration of the country.

“Jazz`n Chisinau International Festival” has already produced 6 editions.The multidemissional project of the Festival includes concerts in the capitals and cities of the regions, the International Workshop, and the master class, which are part of the youth development program in Chisinau and regions. The festival also has a social educational role - promoting the young talents they evaluate in each edition of the festival.

The Jazz`n Chisinau International Festival's project is motivated by the political, social and cultural situation in Moldova, is in line with the mission and strategic objectives of our organization and a working instrument for achieving the main objectives of the Project that have been achieved through :

• expanding international collaboration;

• promoting the diversity of jazz music traditions through Cultural Diplomacy in both urban and rural areas

• facilitating the development of cultural actions in the capital and regions

• promoting intercultural understanding;

• contributing to the cultural integration process of the Republic of Moldova.

Currently, the Festival is an effective tool for creating a European cultural exchange network between artistic groups and the general public, both in urban and rural areas

The International Jazz Festival in Chisinau contributes to the social and cultural life of the Republic of Moldova, encouraging dialogue with representatives of different cultures, enriching cultural exchanges and contributing to the development of new cooperation networks.

Fesival already hosted famous musicians from: USA, Germany, Italy, Poland, Latvia, Senegal, Romania and Ukraine
