Fora dos Eixos started six years ago in Santa Maria da Feira, with the mission of receiving Portuguese and Galician companies and artists. In the third edition, the festival went out the town becoming a decentralized cultural delivery, going to the peripheric villages. At that time the festival became too international receiving artists from all over the world. It was companies from Spain, Brazil and Egypt, Germany, Chile, Japan, that brought magic to small villages, that were visited by outside people, promoting the local economy.
For the sixth edition, we count Portuguese companies, as always, but we will count too with artists and companies from Ukrania, Spain, Argentina and Germany.
