TANZtheater INTERNATIONAL

TANZtheater INTERNATIONAL is an annual international festival for contemporary dance in Hanover. It starts at the end of August or at the beginning of September and lasts for ten up to eleven days, presenting daily performances at various venues. The main venue is the Orangerie - a historical building located in the formerly royal gardens of Herrenhausen. Renowned and upcoming companies are presented side by side. Selected choreographers are being accompanied and invited throughout several years.
