3rd Folk Guitar Festival

The 3rd Folk Guitar Festival opens its doors again on 26, 27 and 28 April at Warehouse D', in the port of Thessaloniki!

Always with the conviction that folk music is not a museum genre, but a truly living tradition, this year's festival expands the themes in all its activities. In this direction, it organises round tables, seminars and lectures on contemporary concerns related to the music "industry" and its musicians, welcomes and converses in concert with other folk traditions from Greece and the world, which have reached constantly evolving until today, while in the field of instrument making, it now hosts all the instruments made by the skilful hands of Greek instrument makers. On the other hand, it honours the bouzouki, the master of our folk music, with concerts of its leading representatives.
