The Liszt Competition has been held every three years in Utrecht, the Netherlands since 1986. The Competition is devoted entirely to the piano works by Franz Liszt and application is open to pianists between the ages of 17 and 29. This event is one of the best-known and prestigious piano competitions in the world, and is also known for the thorough and professional support it offers its laureates.
