Viva Musica! festival 2025, Bratislava, SlovakiaAs the most important and internationally recognised summer festival in Bratislava, Viva Musica! has a tradition spanning 20 years, characterised by creative uniqueness and diverse curation deeply rooted in the local environment. Founded in 2005, the Viva Musica! festival brings the best of classical music and renowned artists from all over the world. Since its foundation, the festival has organised over 465 concerts featuring nationally and internationally acclaimed artists and ensembles. A powerful dramaturgy, with an emphasis on classical music and all its hues and shades, will once again dominate the upcoming year’s festival. In 2025, the 21st annual Viva Musica! festival will take place throughout the summer at various locations in Bratislava.The festival introduces a new addition to its program: a week-long series of international masterclasses, taking place from July 6 to 12, 2025, in Pezinok—the birthplace of one of Slovakia’s most important composers, Eugen Suchoň.
