Cortoons - 19th edition

CORTOONS is an international festival dedicated to short animated films, a field of audiovisual experimentation in recent years.The Festival, now in its eighteenth edition, promotes quality animation products on an international level, creating a meeting place for new artists and professionals in the sector to exchange experiences through a confrontation between genres, styles and techniques.CORTOONS is an international showcase for artists and directors, animation schools, production companies, distributors and animation film enthusiasts alike.After eleven successful years in Rome, CORTOONS Festival has moved to Gandia, in the warm Valencian Community.Cortoons Gandia is the Gandia International Animation Film Festival, organised by Cortoons Festival, Gandia City Council and the Generalitat Valenciana, through the Institut Valencià de Cultura (Culturarts), with the participation of the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) Gandia Campus.
