25th International Festival of Children’s Theatres – Banja Luka 2026

The International Festival of Children’s Theatres in Banja Luka has been a prominent cultural event since 2002, organized by the Children's Theatre of the Republic of Srpska. This prestigious festival features a competitive program, with performances evaluated by an esteemed international jury of leading experts in puppetry and theatre. Held annually in October, the festival draws audiences from Banja Luka and across Bosnia and Herzegovina, celebrating the art of children’s theatre.We are pleased to invite you to submit your application for the 25th International Children’s Theatre Festival – BANJA LUKA 2026, which will take place from 14 to 20 October 2026 in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina.Interested professional theatres are invited to apply with their puppet performance by 15 June 2026. To be considered for the competitive program, please submit the following: completed application form, video recording of the performance, up to 5 photographs, synopsis of the performance, and technical requirements.
