Aerowaves in Sofia

"Festival Aerowaves in Sofia - 2023" foresees the presentation of eight artistic teams from the ranking of TOP 20 Aerowaves - dance across Europe for young choreographers and other platforms related to the European contemporary dance scene (MASDANZA, Dance Festival Malta, Dansa Valencia, etc.), where the Derrida Dance Center / Art Link Foundation team was invited to attend over the past year.

This year's edition of the Aerowaves Festival in Sofia aims to build on the last year's pilot version (which included 4 performances) by bringing together resources from various platforms and partner organizations to bring to the Sofia audience some of the best performances from contemporary international dance scene.

"Aerowaves Festival in Sofia - 2023" will be held at the DERIDA Stage - Sofia, 32 "Tsar Samuil" St. in the period October 20 - November 15, 2023. During the festival, accompanying events will be organized - workshops for professional dancers and open talks with the artists to share experiences and create new partnerships.
