The 3rd Choir Festival aims to establish and consolidate the institution, with the main objectives of promoting choral music, developing the spiritual and cultural level and cultivating the musical feeling, but also strengthening modern models of cultural administration, planning and production of culture. actions.The Festival is an offer to the citizens of selected music events for the cultural upgrade of the area and the quality approach of art.
