Bucharest Fringe

Bucharest Fringe (Independent Theater Marathon) is one of the biggest and oldest independent theater Festivals in Romania. In 2019 we will reach 9th Edition. The first one was back in 2010.

Our main goals are:

- to promote national independent theater productions, young independent artists and groups;

- to promote independent venues, unconventional spaces and artistic projects in Bucharest;

- to stimulate unconventional, courageous, inter-disciplinary and innovative performing arts projects in Romania;

- to stimulating public growth with focus on young audiences;

- to encourage national and international artistic dialogue.
