The Buffer Fringe Performing Arts Festival (BFPAF) is a space of encounter for artists and audiences, aiming to support local and international inter-disciplinary, fringe performance art; based on the theme of Displacement (2020-21), it engages with emergent narratives and challenges preconceived ideas of the “other”.
The performances explore how different people experience the displacement of themselves, their ideas and their practices, spanning throughout the human experience, including the COVID Pandemic.
