Corpo al Confine / Body at the Border 2026

Compagnia Bellanda organizes the dance festival "Corpo al Confine", divided into four weekends across 4 different months and 4 unconventional locations in the territory of Friuli Venezia Giulia region (Italy). The festival presents short-format dance, theatre and music shows for a heterogeneous audience, intercepted precisely thanks to the selection of locations not usually used for live show, alternative to the theatre stage.

During the festival, the creators guide the audience towards an understanding of the work, avoiding the frustration that often arises when engaging with contemporary art.

Each weekend has at its core the showcase of national companies, plus a performance by young, pre-professional dancers of the region, with the intent of creating a bridge between young talents and the professional performative art sector.First weekend: 11 - 12 April, Museum MUCA - Monfalcone
