The Children’s Week Festival organized by the Dečiji kulturno-rekreativni centar is a traditional annual event dedicated to celebrating children, their rights, creativity, and talents. Held every October, the festival brings together children, parents, educators, and artists through a variety of cultural, educational, and recreational activities.During the festival, the center hosts art workshops, stage performances, music and dance programs, sports activities, exhibitions, and interactive educational events. A special highlight of the celebration is that Park Čair transforms into a “Children’s City,” with imaginative and thematic street names that create a magical, playful atmosphere. This unique setting allows children to explore, create, and experience the festival in a fun and inspiring environment.Children’s Week promotes friendship, inclusion, equality, and respect for children’s rights, creating a joyful and inspiring atmosphere for all participants.
