Dunayska Sich (Danube Fort / Дунайська Січ)

Dunayska Sich (Danub Sich) is a rock festival taking place from the 26th to the 29th of June 2020 in the heart of Bessarabia, Ismail in Odessa oblast, Ukraine. Neighbouring with Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary and Slovakia, multicultural Bessarabia is an important part of world cultural heritage. It is region with nearly the biggest density of cultural diversity in Europe, with its main value - the tradition of peaceful coexistence and the mutual enrichment of various cultures and nationalities. 

Popularising modern Ukrainian-language rock music and the song heritage of Danube region, the festival aims on creating cultural and social platform linking the region with central Ukraine as well as with its Eastern and Central European neighbours. 

The festival exists since 2014, and became the first energy independent festival in Ukraine.
