Encounters is the UK’s leading international short film and animation festival, providing a platform for new and emerging talent within filmmaking and the moving image. We are the only UK festival accredited to three major international awards (BAFTAs, Oscars and European Film Awards). The festival takes place in Bristol on 24 - 29 September 2019, where you can enjoy screenings, special events, networking and lots, lots more.
