Fabbrica Europa 2024

With its 31st edition Fabbrica Europa continues to build a festival project with a strong multidisciplinary structure that will be a moment of individual and community growth through contemporary art and culture. A territory of thinking and sharing of arts and knowledge, showing works that enhance a visceral relationship between forms and meanings, between rituality and contemporaneity. This 2024 edition is focused on Mediterranean artists from Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Morocco, Lebanon but will also include a focus on Chinese independent choreographers as well as a project on young Italian and international dance production in which emerging authors will be called to share work practices, workshops and new creation projects, to broaden the dynamics of diffusion of the contemporary performing arts.In addition to some theaters in Florence, the Festival will also inhabit unconventional spaces where the artists involved will be able to experiment with site-specific creations.
