The Festival de Música Vocal Las Navas del Marqués was born in 2010, in the amazing setting of the Castle Palace of Magalia and the Convent of S. Domingo and S. Pablo, near to Madrid. Since then, it has aimed for vocal music. Music sung a cappella and accompanied by old or modern instruments, including symphonic music.
These FREE concerts of ancient music, Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, Romantic, operas, zarzuelas, vocal jazz, contemporary music... are performed by international artists such as Alamire, Voces8, Peter Phillips, Ensemble Plus Ultra...
