Figura Theaterfestival

Figura is an international festival for high-profile puppet and object theatre, including a competition for emerging talents.

Every two years since 1994 Figura Theaterfestival has been presenting high quality productions from home and abroad, with countless Swiss debut performances in all the theatres of Baden and Wettingen and open air on the streets and squares of the town. The spectrum ranges from puppet-dance theatre, to poetical object theatre and virtuoso classical hand puppetry. The Festival is supported by the cultural department of Baden and the ministry of arts and education of the Kanton Aargau.
