The festival "Filosofi lungo l’Oglio" (Philosophers on the river) is an Italian cultural event that is held in June and July in and around the cities of Brescia, Cremona and Bergamo. The event is distinctive due to its itinerant nature – more than 27 hosting towns are involved for around 45 days – and its place-thought binomial association. At the heart of the festival are lectures given by accomplished Italian and foreign philosophers on key subjects that are identified each time.
