Taking place in a variety of venues across the city, including unique and non-traditional locations, Gothenburg Fringe is a home for uncensored, cutting-edge performing arts that stimulate, educate and entertain.
2026 will be the festival’s 11th consecutive edition, with around 150 events taking place from August 28 to September 6. The Fringe is characterised by its interdisciplinary nature, with theatre, dance, comedy, music, circus and spoken word at 10 venues around Gothenburg.
