Helsinki Chamber Music Festival

Helsinki Chamber Music Festival is an international event, which offers memorable concerts in the heart of the Finnish capital.

Now being held for the sixth time, the festival will take place on July 6th–9th 2022. The artistic directors, violinist Kreeta-Julia Heikkilä and cellist Jaani Helander, have put together a fascinating program for this summer’s festival. Diverse chamber music events for all ages, magnificent architecture and summery Helsinki serve as the basis for the annual event. Artists from both Finland and abroad will be giving eight concerts in relaxed surroundings, and the festival program includes traditional evening concerts as well as free pop-up events. The interaction between the performers and the audience, as well as the musical moments experienced together in the heart of Helsinki, form an essential part of the festival’s atmosphere.
