Festival of street performers InArt since 2016 hosted numerous street artists from more than 20 countries from all over the world. By the end of July every year, the coastal town of Tivat in Montenegro transform is transformed into a stage for circus artists, musicians, dancers, theater ensembles. Tivat is a costal town in southwestern Montenegro, located in the Bay of Kotor. The festival is supported by the Tourist organization of Tivat, the Ministry of Culture of Montenegro, the National Tourism Organization of Montenegro.
