INTRAMURS is a project that promotes all contemporary arts within the area once demarcated by the city walls. An emblematic stage such as Valencia’s historical centre, which has been a cradle of artists and traditions for centuries, where all kinds of cultural and social movements coexist and which has always been known for its tolerance and a bohemian image that still prevails today, is the perfect setting to take the pulse of the city’s cultural life for ten days. Streets, squares, gardens, plots, workshops, shops, bars and galleries will showcase the work of the different artists participating in the festival to enrich the cultural scene and promote the enormous potential of the contemporary artistic landscape.
