XXVII International Music Festival "Kharkiv assemblies" (founded 1991) - one of the largest and oldest events in Ukraine focused exclusively on classical art.

Founder and Artistic Director - Tetyana Vyerkina, famous Ukrainian pianist, Professor, Rector of Kharkiv I.P.Kotlyarevsky National University of Arts.

The tradition of the Festival – the annual selection of themes dedicated to the names of prominent personalities of world music culture. During 29 years of existence of festival his heroes were Mozart, Vivaldi, Handel, Scarlatti, Schubert, Mendelssohn, Robert and Clara Schumann, Liszt, Purcell, Bach, Haydn, Beethoven, Brahms, Tchaikovsky, Glinca, Göte, Berlioz, Lysenko and many others.

Kharkiv assemblies-2020 was successfully held in online-format and was devote, together with all musical world, to 250th anniversary of Beethoven's genius
