MABOULE Edition #12
TOF Theatre and Le Monty organize each year since 2014, an international festival with contemporary puppetry, object theatre and associated arts. 18 shows, 1 exhibition & over 85 performances indoors and outdoors. Artistic crushes gleaned from the TOF company’s tours, newly hatched projects, cult shows by emblematic artists in the sector, companies from Belgium, France and other countries to be discovered in the various venues and streets of Genappe. All this to bring out the dynamism and the fantastic diversity of the creation of the Arts of Puppetry and the Associated Arts. The festival shows also emerging artists previously hosted in residence by the TOF Theatre in a dynamic of support and transmission. A way to discover the early stages of the creative process and to get a feel of the hybrid and popular art of puppetry.
