Maribor Theatre Festival

The 61st Maribor Theatre Festival will take place this year from 8 to 21 June, when we will present a selection of outstanding theatre productions by Slovenian and international producers, along with a diverse accompanying programme featuring professional meetings, exhibitions, book talks, reflections on contemporary theatre developments, and engaging student-focused content. 12 outstanding Slovenian performances in competition programme and many more in accompanying programmes.We will host Slovenian and international theatre artists, journalists, critics, and theatre scholars. Maribor will once again become the centre of vibrant theatrical activity and a celebration of Slovenian theatrical creativity.
