The event will be hosted in Panorama (Thessaloniki) at the Municipal Conservatory of Pylaia-Chortiatis.

This event stands out as a unique convergence of various types of gatherings. It combines elements of a convention, with a focus on specific musical instruments, and adopts the traditional format of an academic research conference, with a dedicated emphasis on a particular instrumental domain. Additionally, it features an entrepreneurial section, an open call forum platform, masterclasses, workshops, and hosts the 2nd edition of the International Sheet Music Fair.

The primary aim of this organisation is to bridge the gap between artistic production and academic research, creating opportunities for artists and researchers to share their knowledge and expertise for mutual benefit. It offers a comprehensive platform for attendees to engage in discussions, hone their skills through masterclasses and workshops, and explore the latest sheet music offerings, making it a multifaceted and enriching experience for all participants.
