The Nicosia Book Fest was realized for the first time in June 2016 aiming to promote the value of reading books in the Cypriot society and to encourage reading and social literacy. NBF is organized by the Press and Information Office of the Republic of Cyprus, the Promitheas Research Institute, the Youth Board of Cyprus and the Municipality of Strovolos.
