Oerol

Terschelling's Oerol festival has become to be known as one of the most exceptional landscape arts festivals in Europe. From its roots as a small festival in 1982, Oerol has grown to become a true phenomenon.

Oerol takes place over 10 days every year in June on the Dutch island of Terschelling, showcasing the most exciting site-specific and landscape responsive theatre, dance, visual arts and more from The Netherlands and beyond.
