Royston, United Kingdom

Royston Arts Festival is staged each year for the entertainment of the residents of Royston and the surrounding area. In 2025 the festival theme is 'Then and Now' reflecting to town's strong connection with primarily James I and also Charles I, 2025 being the 400th anniversary of the death of the former and the accession of the latter.

As usual, the festival will contain a range of music events, exhibitions, talks, workshops, theatre, plus a family oriented community day with lots of activities being FREE or provided at a nominal charge. It is also hoped that 2025 will see the appearance of some Civil War re-enactors to mark the anniversary mentioned above.
