The purpose of the festival is to awaken a lively interest in the historical and spiritual heritage of the Biletska Territory, attracting it to tourist destinations and objects of cultural heritage of Ukraine, to target the community's efforts to develop alternative ways of organizing recreation for the family and youth, combining authentic, ecological, recreational, sports, musical, educational, exhibition and other cultural and educational tools.
