The Tallinn Winter Festival was started in 2006 with the aim to create an attractive, activity-based environment for the people of Tallinn and its guests. In the context of the festival it is possible to experience unforgettable concerts by many wonderful guest performers from abroad side by side with distinguished Estonian musicians. The festival has always been accompanied by the motto “OPEN YOUR EYES, OPEN YOUR HEART”, with which funds are gathered for the more vulnerable society groups.
