Theater aan Twater has become one of the major street teatre, circus and spectacle festivals in Belgium and is an independent festival, organised by a non-profit organisation and 30 volunteers who work day in day out to put up a great event every year. Artists come from all over the world and bring circus, comedy, music, art ... Since 2006 spectators have seen passing by the top of the world in Boom, near the river.
