Held each November for 59 years, the Thessaloniki International Film Festival is the largest Greek film festival and a top film event worldwide. This popular cinema celebration is a major platform for the presentation of the global independent cinema, as well as the annual Greek film production, showcasing films from all over the world, important guests, an International Competition section that presents tomorrow’s talents, as well as various tributes and sidebar events. In addition, TIFF’s well-established Agora (Market) annually gathers an international network of film professionals and promotes fruitful collaborations.
