UDINE CASTELLO FESTIVAL

The UDINE CASTELLO FESTIVAL takes place in September and October each year in the Parliament Hall of the Castle of Udine, a splendid venue for music and art that gives the Castle itself, an icon and symbol of the city of Udine, a customary place for meetings of great cultural value, of different cultures and peoples, to take place in a place of history and artistic beauty. The concerts take place on Sunday mornings at 11 a.m. and are followed by a visit to the Castle Museums, main floor.

Il FESTIVAL UDINE CASTELLO si svolge nei mesi di settembre e ottobre di ogni anno nel Salone del Parlamento del Castello di Udine, splendido luogo per la musica e l’arte che consegna al Castello stesso, icona e simbolo della città di Udine, una consuetudine per lo svolgersi di incontri di grande valore culturale, di differenti culutre e popoli, in un luogo di storia e di bellezza artistica. I concerti hanno luogo la domenica mattina alle ore 11.00 e sono seguiti dalla visita ai Musei del Castello, piano nobile.

Die Stadt Udine - in Zusammenarbeit mit dem historischen Musikverein Amici della Musica und dessen Leiterin Luisa Sello, offizielle Botschafterin der friulanischen Kultur – hat das FESTIVAL UDINE CASTELLO ins Leben gerufen, das jährlich im Oktober stattfinden wird. Ziel ist es, die Aufmerksamkeit auf eine Örtlichkeit zu lenken, die der Musik und der Kunst gewidmet ist, und das Schoss als eine Ikone Udines hervorzuheben, wo Veranstaltungen von hohem kulturellem Wert an einem historischen Ort von künstlerischer Bedeutung stattfinden. Die Konzerte finden jeweils um 11:00 vormittags statt und werden gefolgt von einem Umtrunk und einem Besuch der Schlossmuseen.
