Varaždin Baroque Evenings is the most prominent music-scene event of the central Croatia specialized in early music. Festival is under the permanent patronage of President of the Republic of Croatia and Croatian Ministry of Culture; it has national status for more than twenty years. Concept of the festival is strengthened each year by partner country whose composers, musicians, ensembles, orchestras and choirs, as well as apposite accompanying events, promote their cultural specialties.
