Verso Traiettorie

Verso Traiettorie… is a series of chamber concerts that takes place every year in Parma, in springtime, since 2011. It has been conceived by Fondazione Prometeo to introduce Traiettorie, the international festival of modern and contemporary music that will be in its 30th edition next May. In order to help those who listen for the first time to the concerts of Traiettorie, that deals mainly with contemporary music – a genre not easily comprehensible – Fondazione Prometeo gave birth to Verso Traiettorie..., whose aim is to show the connections between classical and modern pieces and contemporary ones, explaining that avant-garde repertoire is the result of musical evolution. Through a mixed program, including historic masterpieces and recent compositions,Verso Traiettorie... attempts to increase audience engagement and to encourage people to approach contemporary music.
