Cavatina Guitar Festival
ABOUT
The Cavatina Guitar Festival is an event that attracts guitar enthusiasts not only from Poland but also from abroad. The third edition of Poland's most prestigious guitar festival, showcasing the diversity of guitar music, is upon us. The festival has already featured artists such as: In the first edition: FINK, Miles Kane, Marcin Patrzałek, Kinga Głyk, ZALEWSKI, as well as John J. Presley, Blanco White, Roo Panes, Matteo Mancuso, Jakub Żytecki, Tomek Ziętek, MATECKI, and Skubas. In the second edition: José González - Piotr Rogucki & Normal People - SMOLIK//KEV FOX & Cavatina Philharmonic Orchestra - Arc de Soleil - Thibault Cauvin - Pana Bistro - Mariusz Goli - Mariaa Siga - Gypsy and the Acid Queen - WILSON WILSON - LIVVY - Patryk Pietrzak & Kaprysy.
The festival takes place at the Cavatina Hall in Bielsko-Biała. This private concert hall houses Poland's first private symphony orchestra, the Cavatina Philharmonic Orchestra, which is engaged in the Cavatina Guitar Festival (in 2025, the CPO performed with the duo SMOLIK//KEV FOX).
An important element of the festival is a competition for young artists who have the chance to win a performance on one of the festival stages. In 2025, the main stage was opened on the first day of the festival by Patryk Pietrzak & Kaprysy, who won the competition.
The festival's keynote is the slogan "all faces of the guitar. one festival." During the festival days, the organizers will present a lineup ranging from classical guitar to alternative, jazz, and heavy sounds on three stages (the main stage, the intimate stage, and the rooftop stage, which offers views of the surrounding area and the mountain landscape).
The first edition took place in 2024, and the numbers speak for themselves: 50 artists, 30 concerts, 3 stages – featuring both acclaimed stars and emerging talents – created a program full of diversity, ranging from indie and singer-songwriters to jazz, blues, soul, pop, and rock. The lineup for the second edition was equally impressive – Jose Gonzalez performed at Cavatina Hall with his only concert in Poland in 2025! This extraordinary mix of talent highlighted the festival’s unique, international character.Discover Cavatina HallLocated in the picturesque capital of the Podbeskidzie region, Bielsko-Biała, Cavatina Hall is known for its remarkable concert hall, modern architecture, and exceptional acoustics.
