CirkusMania is an annual circus festival presented by 30 venues across the Stockholm region. In February 2024 its 5th edition will be held, showing audiences all of ages what a dynamic artform circus is today.
CirkusMania was initiated and is coordinated by the cultural centre Subtopia, with the goal to stimulate interest and curiosity for contemporary circus among audiences, in an extensive collaboration between stakeholders across the region. Like earlier years, in the 5th edition Swedish and international performances will be presented in small and large venues, in cultural centres and institutions, independent theatres and schools.
