DOM Resedency/Art Festival Sweden 2027

DOM Residency / Art Festival is organised by the project team in collaboration with invited external experts. The programme takes place once a year and runs for one month, bringing together 6 to 12 international artists who live and work together throughout the residency. This year marks a significant new chapter for the programme, as the residency and festival are relocating north to Sweden. The move creates new opportunities for artistic exchange, engagement with the local environment and communities, and the development of international networks within the Nordic cultural context. Throughout the residency, we organise workshops, talks, studio visits, and public events focused on contemporary art. Each edition is developed around a shared theme that connects the participating artists' practices, fostering dialogue, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas across disciplines.
