Artes à Vila is back at the Batalha Monastery from July 11 to 13 to celebrate traditional music. The festival brings together artists from traditional music and the new aesthetics of Portuguese music, establishing itself as a meeting place for cultures, generations and sounds.In this edition, the Beautiful Music Stage also takes on the role of a stage for cultural diversity, joining the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the UNESCO Convention on the Diversity of Cultural Expressions.Artes à Vila, now a member of the UNESCO Club, is also hosting the PLAY TRADICIONAL Awards, the award ceremony for Traditional Portuguese Roots Music.
