Festival-competition of Ukrainian modern pop song by Pavlo Duka.

This year, the festival received more than 50 applications from all over Ukraine, however, the most active were the compatriots of the famous artist from all over the Rivne region. Due to quarantine restrictions, the qualifying round was held online. However, already for the gala concert, the best numbers, teams and performers were selected by the jury. Thus, on November 20, a gala concert was held in the hall of the Rivne Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education to honor the memory of Pavel Duka.

During the gala concert, a modern Ukrainian pop song was performed by the children's vocal ensemble "Horytsvit" (leader Olena Yesyp), the vocal and pop ensemble "School stars", director Natalia Savarynska, as well as solo performers of Volodymyr Savarynsky, Evangelina Shmid, Nataliya Horshchar (Lutsk), Alina Tilman, Olena Yesip and Oleksiy Mosichuk, who performed a song by Pavel Duka and won in the corresponding nomination. The highlight of the festival was the performance of Pavlo Duka's final song "Native Land" by the famous artist and musician Mykhailo Fiskovich.

According to the results of the competitive selection by the members of the jury, which included Oleksandr Kalustyan, honored artist of Ukraine, member of the National Union of Composers of Ukraine, head of the pop music department, professor of RDSU, Andriy Pastushenko, head of the Rivne regional branch of the National All-Ukrainian Music Union, professor, honored cultural worker of Ukraine, Ivan Vetrov, head of the Rivne Regional Association of the Taras Shevchenko All-Ukrainian Society "Enlightenment", Vice-Rector for External Relations and Education Quality Monitoring of the Rivne Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education, Honored Teacher of Ukraine, Bohdan Stashkiv, People's Artist of Ukraine, Excellence in Education of Ukraine, honored worker of public education of Ukraine, Oleksandr Zakhodyakin, director of the festival-competition, associate professor of the pop music department of the Institute of Arts of RDSU, member of the National All-Ukrainian Music Union, and Andriy Khomych, composer and performer, member of the National All-Ukrainian Music Union, Valentina Lyulich, head of the Association of Artists of Original Song and sung poetry of the Regional Government of the Russian Academy of Sciences, a member of the National Writers' Union of Ukraine, the National All-Ukrainian Music Union, the head of the Ukrainian Club of author's song and sung poetry, summarised the results.
