Finca Festival Frantz & Friends 2026

The Finca Festival Frantz & Friends turns the finca of pianist and conductor Justus Frantz in Monte Leon, San Bartolome de Tirajana, into a concert hall under the open sky. The 2026 edition runs from 1 to 11 October: eight evenings in an open-air amphitheatre overlooking the south of Gran Canaria, bringing together Justus Frantz, pianist Konstantin Frantz and guest artists from Cuba, Russia, Switzerland and Germany.

The programme ranges from Bach, Schumann and Granados to Rachmaninov and Scriabin. Three of the evenings form the Candlelit series (2, 3 and 9 October). On 10 October Justus Frantz conducts the Philharmonie der Nationen together with the Orquesta Filarmonica de Las Palmas, and the festival closes on 11 October with a gala concert uniting all its artists.

The festival is also conceived as a series of Concerts for Peace: music as a bridge between nations, languages and origins. Doors open one hour before each concert.
