InsOrti 2026 InsOrti | Festival d'arte performativa site-specific

The site-specific performing arts festival, now rooted for eleven years in the Ai 300 Scalini space, lighting up evenings on Bologna's first hill, is back! 

For two weeks, on its open days, you'll find shows and site-specific works: original creations or adaptations in open dialogue with the place, from its physical layout to its content. There's truly something for everyone: theater, dance, circus, performance, installations, poetry, multidisciplinary projects. The festival is entirely community-run: a group of professionals and volunteers manages every aspect of the event, from the open call that selects participating artists to the hospitality and food offered to guests and audiences each evening. It operates on a non-profit basis, prioritising access and shared experience.

A central part of the festival's mission is supporting emerging artists under 35, offering them a platform to present original or site-responsive work. The event is built around values of inclusivity and openness, welcoming a broad and diverse public. At its core is the belief that culture is nourishment for both mind and spirit.
