Lisboa Barroca - 4th Edition

From the 23rd to the 25th of October, the Baroque spirit will once again invade the churches and unusual venues of the Graça and São Vicente neighborhoods, in Lisbon, on the occasion of a new edition of the Lisboa Barroca festival.

The lineup includes world-renowned artists, such as the Noa Noa ensemble; some of Portugal's young rising stars, Ensemble Occasus; one of the leading figures of the French harpsichord, Elizabeth Joyé, as well as the notable young French cellist Cyril Poulet, who caught the attention of William Christie.

The festival will also propose a new format: "Petiscos Musicais" ("Musical Snacks"), hosted by Joana Bagulho. These informal gatherings will be an opportunity to learn more about music in a relaxed atmosphere, share a glass of wine or a coffee, and meet the musicians. 

For professional musicians, there will be a Renaissance vocal improvisation workshop with Antoine Schneider, thus offering the chance to explore and deepen this practice.
